El Centro para el Futuro de las Ciudades del Tecnológico de Monterrey impulsa una agenda sólida de investigación aplicada que combina análisis urbano, datos y metodologías innovadoras para comprender y transformar las ciudades. Su producción científica, liderada por su equipo y en colaboración con instituciones nacionales e internacionales, aborda temas como movilidad, forma urbana, salud, sostenibilidad y política pública, con publicaciones en revistas de alto impacto (Q1).

Actualmente, el Centro cuenta con investigaciones publicadas, en proceso y en desarrollo, reflejando una línea continua de generación de conocimiento orientado a incidir en la planeación y toma de decisiones urbanas.
